Satisfaction Guarantee

As part of our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction we offer our customers a Satisfaction Guarantee. Each step of the customization process is detailed, sampled and visualized in 3D and Virtual Reality for the customer's approval, before going in to production. During production regular quality checks and updates are provided putting the customer at ease. If you are still not 100% happy that we have met the specification or quality promised, we will repair, replace or refund your purchase and delivery costs. 

Principia Design (Pty) Ltd t/a Exclusive Spaces reserves the right to review the return/ refund request to ensure all terms and conditions are met. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or invoice as proof of purchase. 

To initiate a return, you can contact us at sales@exclusivespaces.co.za along with any images or supporting documents. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with collection instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and take remedial action.



Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Gifts purchased for others are not returnable or refundable. 

Should a client decide to return an order where there is no fault in condition or specification, returns and refunds will be subject to review. 



Exchanges 

In the case of stock items exchanges may be possible but strictly on the condition that the products are returned within 30 days, undamaged and in the original packaging. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and evaluation. 



Refunds 


As most items are made to order, unfortunately no refunds will be given unless part of the Satisfaction Guarantee. Where applicable and approved store credit or exchanges will be granted.

Wedding registries and gifts are not refundable but exchanges may be possible depending on the item and stock availability.
